"This hotel seemed to be brand new. Very clean and nice. It was easy to take a water bus from the hotel to the main area of Venice, or to Murano or Burano. But one night the water busses stopped running early, and we had to go all the way to the train station and then get a cab. So make sure you know the water bus schedule. The breakfast in the morning was good, too. "

"From the moment we entered the hotel it was clear we chose the best place to stay. Staff was always ready to help us with what ever we needed. The very first night of our stay we were informed of a hotel private party in the garden area. And would end by 11:00 pm. Which was exactly below our room. The music wasn’t too long ad and ended as told. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff clean your room everyday and make your beds and give you clean towels etc. There is a pharmacy, grocery store, church, bakery and a lovely park right outside the hotel. It was very relaxing watch the local families and children play in the lovely courtyard."
