"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It looks beautiful both inside and out. It has a luxurious feel to the reception and bar. The balconies out the front are amazing, as you can sit with a welcome drink (which they give for free) and watch gondola’s pass by. The views are by far the best views ever, and the hotel room we stayed in was so large. We had two fully opening windows which overlooked the canal, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel was so incredibly clean"

"Marco and Esmeralda were both very welcoming and helpful with information about our stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only comment from me is that one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the option for 2 twin beds, however on arrival was told that is only a request not a guarantee. It was fine because my son and I were able to share a bed and appreciated having our own private bathroom. The booking should be more transparent about this in case 2 twins is important. I would stay here again if returning to Venice."
