We love this hotel! This was our second time staying there. It is in a great location right across the canal from the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the room was very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed.

An older 1700’s building, renovated to provide normal comforts. The staff was super friendly and helped arrange a water taxi ride to the airport and a private boat tour of Venice. Great location to the train station.

Location is great for the train station (over the bridge), only a 20 minute walk to Rialto and easy access to vaporetto transport. We had a first floor canal view room that was quiet and lovely to wake up to views of canal activity. We enjoyed afternoon and late evening drinks at the outside tables. A very enjoyable stay that made it easy to explore everything Venice has to offer.

We loved our king bed viewed room a lot. Breakfast also very delicious and good selection. The location is about 6 minutes walk from Plaza Roma ( bus/taxi station/people mover) with 2 bridges and a good 15-20 min walk to Rialto bridge.

This was the best hotel of our 3 week visit. The staff were amazing and the hotel itself was great. Breakfast each day was excellent. They have a nice little bar with inside and outside seating which has perfect views of the grand canal.

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and courteous! This hotel would have definitely gotten a 10 out of 10 if it would have had an elevator to the rooms and a remote control that worked with the TV (my guess is that the original samsung remote was lost and was replaced with a generic remote that was only good to power the t.v. on and off). Other than that it had a very strategic location across from the train station and the room was pristine! As a designer I could really appreciate all the intricate details that went into making the room exceptionally nice. I loved how they covered the wallpaper seams with a cord to give the room a perfect finish!
