Location was great. Cold room, hotel doesn’t provide heat until November Regular cotton sheets on Bed, no blanket etc No kettle or hot water, tea or coffee available No Soap in Shower, No utensils (cup, glass, plate, fork, spoon , knife) in Room, No utensils in Lobby areas, receptionist couldn’t help. Expedia booking ad says breakfast included, receptionist provided proof that standard room booked without breakfast.

The big selling points for this hotel in my opinion are the location and the breakfast. We opened the window to a fantastic view of the Grand Canal, it was amazing and there are plenty of choices for breakfast. The hotel is dated and in need of upgrading but its not 5 star and you are not paying 5 star prices, would definitely stay here again

Cons: The room was very cramped and small. Bathroom was even smaller. Room was in need of repairs, had holes in the ceilings that were lazily patched and not finished. Pros: Great location, very affordable, close to train station and bus terminal, ac worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful, WiFi worked well. Would stay here again for the price and location but if there is another hotel close by at a similar price I would give them a shot.

Our room had no telephone to call front desk…tv was not working…bed covers were worn…toilet ran for hours during filling…breakfast was supposed to be included but was not…hotel staff was rude and did not provide any solution to our complaints. Had to go around corner to another hotel entrance to access our room. No elevator. Stay away from this place …you will be disappointed!!!

The hotel was in a very good location - close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning did not cool the best and the internet connection wasn't very strong. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the price.

Good - it was an ok room good clean bathroom. Ac was good. Very easy to navigate every where . Very good location . Bad- Don’t expect the rooms showcasing in the Expedia profile photos . It’s completely deferent. They gave us a completely deferent room behind the hotel ( not adjacent to the canal ) . Also during reservation process it was advertised as breakfast included . That was a major factor when selecting the room . But on the date of check in they said breakfast was not included. Even I tried to explain they were not in a mood to listen . As if they didn’t much care about the guests who came through online platforms. It seems their online advertising is very deceiving . So don’t go by the details of the profile or images. You will not get that .

I liked we were able to drop off our luggage before check in. The pictures on line of the rooms are not accurate for the room we received. The room was dirty and had a lot mold. The beds only have a sheet and no blankets. When we asked for blankets we were told it is summer and they don’t have any. I was surprised when I found one the next morning in our room behind the mirror. Front desk should’ve know that’s where they were kept. The front desk lady in the morning is not very friendly.

Booked in Cansl Hotel when checked in the moved ist some Walter Hote around the corner no warning no option to change and let us know after they took my money . Staff not friendly Breakfast poor and Air Conditioner didnt work said something to staff and they did nothing it only blew hot air . Only good thing about this was the location

Enjoyed 2-night stay and better than expected

Enjoyed our two-night stay and had better experience than I expected based on reviews, which might be due to off season right now. Breakfast space is good, and all staffs were nice and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this hotel.

A pleasant stay, a beautiful property, 5 minutes drive from tram station. If you prefer a quiet and beautiful Tuscany villa just outside of Florence, this is the right place! Thank you the hosts for the delicious breakfast!
