"The room and the property were very clean. People were very nice! Reasonably priced for Venice. WiFi was good. There is no gym. The room did have a safe but was not bolted to anything. Could just pick it up and walk away with it. At night, the hotel’s grounds are lit up like a prison. So no dark room for sleeping. Several little eateries in the area. The hotel does have a restaurant that looked good but didn’t try it. Close to the water transfer pickup and drop off point."

"This hotel is far from most attractions, so you have to take the water bus daily to get to the center. As you know, hotels are very expensive in Venice, so overall it was a good value for the money spent."

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Our room was overlooking a canal and was lovely. They have a nice little bar area, and I would recommend they could have a few more offerings. Oh- the location is perfect- making everything we did walkable. Our stay at Hotel Bella Venezia was perfecto!"
