"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."

"Check in/check out was easy. Ample parking. Close to places to eat. The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. It was also quiet so I got a good nights sleep. Water pressure in the shower was great. There is a pool on site that looked nice. I would recommend this hotel."

"There was a waitress in the dining area that was super pleasant and attentive. Always going the extra mile. Her service was appreciated and didn't go unnoticed. The property is a bit dated, thus the average rating. Simple, not fancy. Plenty good for me."

"The first night not having a soaking bath and felt rushed to check in as the motel lobby closes at 10 i was a little disappointed but after sending an email to the property they promptly took care of everything and shined. The property itself needs updating and floors cleaned a little more but all in all I would stay again. It was a beautiful setting. Thank you "

"This is a great hotel to stay at when traveling. Although I come for business, I would stay here with my family. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Upper floors are better to stay at for a more quiet night. Property is well maintained."
