"Always love staying at this hotel. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the morning team breakfast bartender was amazing. The only feedback is valet charged me for two cars my 1 night stay there and I disputed the second car and they had to call the valet manager over and it took 5 mins too long for them to verify they messed up. The tagged a 2nd car that wasn’t my own to my room and it shouldn’t have taken the valet manager that long to do the math, I was one person staying there."

Made many attempts to schedule a spa appointment, and neither on line or call in system seemed to work—but its a newer property and I’m sure that will get ironed out as they move forward. "This is 2nd time staying for a week. Love the atmosphere and all the goodies they provide. Only draw back was crusty stuff on outside of shower, that should have been cleaned. Kinda gross room 207. But besides that everything was great. We will definitely spend another week there soon. PS the authentic Mexican tile they gave us as we left was so special. "

"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."
