"We love Cambria and had a wonderful time in the shops and restaurants. Everyone was so hospitable. The house was perfect with the location, the outdoor porch was adorable as was the house. It had a hot tub and outside fire pit which we didn’t use but a nice touch if we had stayed longer. Everything was clean, there were plenty dishes and pots and pans. "Stayed here on my first trip to Cambria 30 years ago. I've also stayed at a couple of the Moonstone Beach hotels, but decided to try Creekside again because of happy memories from the past, and proximity to the many shops in town. Place was very well kept, and very clean. I was welcomed warmly by Samantha, who must work very hard to keep the entire facility clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests. There wasn't a time I didn't see her either working at the front desk, or (during the day)...

"Our stay was great. The location is awesome and there are plenty of hikes and beaches to explore a short drive or bike ride from the grounds. Businesses out there in Big Sur have been in for a ride with all those Hwy 1 closures and the little issues they have stem from that - uncontrollable situation; They still do a good job. If you are snack addicts, go to the small convenience store by the gas station and be prepared to spend a lot of money. Top #3 key lime pie I have ever had is located...
