"Staff was great"

"Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and very handy for the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium (about 25 minute walk). Reception was efficient and friendly. Had a bar in the main foyer and you can order a range of choices to eat for lunch or dinner. Only criticism was food service (ordering) was a not great. We ended up going to McDonald's up the road (5 mins walk). Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of buffet. Disappointed the bar seemed to close in the evening quite early. We returned from the show we went to see at around 11:30pm and the bar was shut, which was odd for a large Hotel. "

"The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. They upgraded our room, the suite was cozy and felt like home. Our room phone didnt work, but I called reception from my cell and they were able to patch me through to room service. Would recommend!"
