Good hotel that's very close to the airport. It is close to a coffee shop and grocery store which also helps since it's just a quick walk down the street.

Very comfortable bed, but overpriced breakfast. The only redeeming feature about the location is its proximity to the Madrid airport and the free shuttles there. It’s the reason why we stayed there.

Friendly staff, comfortable mattress and nice pillows, clean room, quiet room and great breakfast. It was nice to have the shuttle from/to airport. The neighbor AXOR had a bar and the service was excellent! Definitely will use it again.

We needed a last minute booking in Madrid with airport shuttle due to airline delays. This property was costlier than we ever spend, but the room was great as was the breakfast and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel is good for a one night before a flight stay. Rooms are not that well maintained and furniture is showing age and wear and tear. Bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was terrible, options are limited at best, we got yogurt cups and 2 were past expiry date and food is palatable at best.

Breakfast and shuttle quite good. There was not a dedicated check in for those with reservations. The check in was backed up with people from a canceled flight. I waited 45 minutes to check in.

The staff was very friendly and let us check in early after a long flight. The room was small but the bathroom was big and had a huge shower with hot water perfect after a long flight. Conveniently located next to the airport and had a shuttle. I recommend calling down to the front desk to tell them what time you need shuttled to the airport and your terminal so it’s ready for you. The hotel is 10 minutes from an indoor mall great to explore while staying local.
