"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. "We had a few problems and we got a $20 credit to use at the concession stand and we were still charged for our credit"

"Feels like a mix between a Victorian bed and breakfast and a very mid hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Could hear others in their rooms. Bathroom is a 3 inch step up from the bedroom so tripped multiple times. Breakfast vouchers for everyone creates a very crowded experience in a small space in the morning."

"Great hotel for staying"

"Hotel tres bien situé, personnel très sympathique, la chambre est petite mais récente et bien équipée , le petit déjeuner est un plus , très correct dans le choix avec des yaourts en pot ,des gaufres des fruits du lard des steak hachés des viennoiseries céréales œufs…nous reviendrons avec plaisir"

"Nice rooms and great location close to the subway, soho, little Italy, and Chinatown. It was great."

"AC was falling apart and making a horrible noise. Soap dispenser was empty and had to be that way for many days as it was a large container."

"the hotel is very clean, however there were multiple issues with my room. The digital key didn't work so I had to be given a code to unlock my room door. My room didn't have a remote for the television, and even once they did get me a remote, the tv didn't work. The bed was comfortable but very creaky whenever you'd turn or roll."

"100/10 amazing stay!"
