"Thank you to the staff of this hotel. They provide us with replacement rooms upon our requests. Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. The hotel is in a nice area close to shopping areas. Breakfast was great. Thanks again. "

"Wonderful staff, fantastic welcome. Used the Club Lounge and it was perfect - staff so friendly and attentive and a wonderful selection of snacks and beverages. Room was lovely, comfy, loved the deep bath and large television. Couldn’t fault this stay, loved it. "

"Pool area is very cold and uncomfortable. Massage jets turn on automatically every half an hour, but not for individual needs, as in similar facilities in Italy or Spain. Breakfast is poor for this class of hotel. Good location near Opera ans restaurants ans Christmas market."

They went above and beyond at checkout to get us to our departure bus at the train station so we would not miss out flight. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful service!
