Very good sized room, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff very friendly. Hotel a little dated and no mini fridge. Wifi connectivity intermittent also. Overall would recommend as a great choice for a hotel in Basel close to the train station. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food. Additionally, the location is perfect, with tram, train, and bus links right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back as the front overlooks the tram stops that run all night.

Next to train station so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and pretty. My room was very clean as well and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a firmer pillow because the one they had was too soft. The room also came with a balcony so that was a nice bonus. The trams are also right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is super well situated if you are using the train, a few minutes from the station. Also, the Basel card for the public transport was very much appreciated and used. Tram stops right in front of the hotel. We arrived around 10am from a transatlantic flight and was given our room right away, which was so nice. Staff is very nice and helpful not only at the reception, but in the restaurant for breakfast as well. Room was nice and clean. Would stay here again if in Basel.
