Inglês Radisson Blue Basel is a great hotel. Excellent rooms, very good breakfast, and a privileged location. On top of that, the service is outstanding, which makes the stay even better.

Great hotel in great location

Great hotel in great location. Easy to find and good walking distance. Easy checkin and checkout. Remember always to ask for basel card. Swimming pool was just ok. Overall a nice stay.

The property was perfectly located to restaurants, shopping, and local sites. The tram literally picked up within feet of the front entrance. The single room was the perfect size for one. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. They spoke English and German. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was not cleaned properly despite me mentioning it on the second day. There were stains on the window sill, the toilet had limescale, and the rooms had a lot of dust. I emailed in advance to inform the hotel of my dust allergy yet only the bedding was changed but no extra care in cleaning despite mentioning at reception on the 2nd day. The room also wasn’t cleaned on the 3rd day for some reason.

Everything was great, it has a unique style for a chain, very comfortable. Loved that the windows properly opened. Free apples and candy a nice touch! Only thing that was a bit annoying is that the pool and sauna was closed on Sundays.

Amazing service - we arrived early for check in but they treated us royally, with discounts on museums and public transit, and access to the lounge and other amenities. They were super busy but still kind and attentive. Our room was modern, large and super clean, and the location was perfect.

It was a nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and in a good location for walking in the city center. The only thing unfortunate was that they didn’t have a full restaurant, only a DYI pizza place and an inside convenience store.
