"Had a great stay, Sunshine at the front desk provided excellent service! We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a water front view and it was beautiful. We had our two young kids with us and they enjoyed their stay as well. I wish they had more modern amenities (there are no usb ports and no smart tv) and better soap and shampoo but they weren’t dealbreakers. "

"We loved the attentive staff, Starbucks in the lobby and comfortable room. We wished that water was provided in our room - the only option was to purchase a refillable bottle for $7. We just bought one and shared it. Great location to walk around- luxury shopping is right around the corner, or walk to the port and see the cruise ships. In a safe part of town. "

"The hotel had very luxurious rooms with every convenience imaginable. The staff were attentive and the on-site restaurant was fantastic! The only disappointment was the lacklustre lobby. I was second-guessing our choice at first. It ended up being our favourite hotel of the trip! We hope to be back someday. "

"Beautiful lobby, rooms were decent (clean but a bit dated), outdoor pool was lovely, indoor pool was decent (dated and slide was closed every time we went, during hours it was labelled as open), Starbucks was convenient, no continental breakfast (would have been nice), free parking. "
