Everything was good on the hotel side. Safe and clean as expected. Traveling to the Convention Center we had to travel through the area were the un-housed stay. Drug situation is very sad. No problems with safety anywhere nesr the hotel. Nice staff. 🙏👍

We stayed at this hotel before getting on our cruise the next day. The staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. There is a free shuttle to take you to port from the hotel, the driver was great and had interesting information. Just make sure you get on the waiting list when you arrive, if you need the shuttle. Will definitely recommend and will stay at this hotel again.
