They offer complimentary shuttle services to and from both the airport and Shanghai Disneyland, making transportation hassle-free. On the hotel's recommendation, we booked their guided service for our day at Shanghai Disneyland. It turned out to be an excellent decision! My family visited the park on a Tuesday, expecting fewer visitors, but surprisingly there were over 60,000 people. Thanks to our fantastic guide, we managed to enjoy 12 attractions throughout the day. Without the guide's help, I believe we would have only managed 6 to 7 rides due to the long queues, especially since we only had standard tickets without FastPass. The guide went above and beyond—helping us borrow a power bank, purchasing lunch on our behalf, booking shows, securing prime spots for watching the parade, and taking wonderful family photos. Truly thoughtful service and deserving of a 5-star rating!"
