"This hotel is very close to metro station and there is shuttle bus to Disney land and airports as well as inner city for sight seeing. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I list my property and contacted t the hotel 3 weeks after. The manager and staff were trying their best to help me find the item. In the end it was my misunderstanding. The cleaning lady on the 9th floor is very friendly and helpful and even left a note in my room written in English and always make sure I have enough bottles drinking water in the room. She is very hard working lady as well. I highly recommended this hotel especially if you are going to take kids to Disney land."
