Nice and clean, nothing amazing and did the job. Average breakfast and pool was underwhelming. Nice room, not ultra modern but it was good enough. Great location for city, airport and Disney. Didi taxis are a godsend.

This is an amazing hotel! The views were fabulous of the city! I had a corner room so I could see 2 different sides. I LOVED the settee by the window so I could sit there and gaze out. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. The toilet was great with a remote control and a heated seat. The restaurant on top had amazing 360 views and the breakfast was cheap and delicious. It was a cheap price for such a wonderful hotel.

Stayed here for 5 days. Great location. Quick didi ride to everywhere. Booked a junior sweet on the 45th floor. Excellent view. Joanna at the front desk was super helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay near Lujiazui Clean, spacious room with nice city views. Staff at Novotel Atlantis were friendly and spoke good English. Super convenient for Pudong Ave - 5 mins walk to metro, easy access to Lujiazui and Oriental Pearl. Good 4 star value. Would love to stay again.

5/5 Excellent – Outstanding stay with unbeatable river views! We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Shanghai Atlantis and will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Shanghai. We stayed in a Corner Junior Suite overlooking the river, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Having complimentary breakfast included was a huge plus, and the afternoon happy hour at the rotating rooftop restaurant made the experience extra special—the views from up there are unbelievable! A very special shoutout to Ma Junfeng at the front door. He greeted us warmly every single day and went above and beyond to help us with our daily needs, including loading and unloading our vehicles with a great attitude. Overall, it was a wonderful, seamless stay with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Hotel was lovely, staff really helpful. Early check in was allowed. Breakfast was amazing and restaurant had vest views of Shanghai. Hotel was built in 2000 so you can see some bits which needs doing. Most notably pool area. Next to the hotel there is a small mall which has a lot on offer.

My stay fell far short of expectations, especially as an Expedia Platinum member. - Check-In & Service: Early check-in incurred an extra fee of around 200 CNY. The concierge set a negative tone immediately - unwelcoming, unsmiling, and hostile. Ironically, they handed me a bag of lollies and asked for a positive review naming them, but given the subpar service, I will not leave a fake review like many others may have after being gifted a small bag of cheap candy. On a positive note, the porters and housekeeping team were genuinely friendly and helpful. - Elevators & Room: Regardless of the time of day, the elevators are constantly busy and require a long wait. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom was quite moldy. Note that the only in-room amenities provided were toothbrushes. - Breakfast & Layout: Reaching breakfast is annoying as you have to swap elevators. The dining area is overly crowded with cramped seating, and the setup makes no sense as you have to walk a lot through crowds just to see what is on offer. - Location: Poor transit convenience - it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station with zero shelter during rain. - Verdict: Aside from the pleasant cleaning and porter staff, the poor hospitality, frustrating elevators, and lack of care mean I would not return.

-Wood flooring in the hotel room is much more hygienic than other hotels with carpet. -The light on the mirror and a wall mirror with extension made it easier for makeup. Really appreciate it -Having an Aldi right next to the hotel solved many problems with finding vegetarian food or extra supplies -The wifi in the hotel room didn't really work or was slow -Front desk staff were average but the hotel facilities, such as laundry room and newer appliances, definitely made it up for the stay -The housekeeping staff who delivered the water was very polite.

Beautiful room with awesome views. 50th floor food restaurant is not the greatest. That includes both breakfast and Dinner. Coffee is terrible. For taste food Eat somewhere else!
