"Good place to stay, not in the same city but good place to stay."

"Hotel room is clean, enough for two. Bed was very comfortable. Good price for what we got. Staff are honest. Good location"

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay."

"Good"

Room was large and a great space, the bed was very comfortable and I had excellent sleep, rooms also seemed to be soundproof, I didn’t hear neighbours at all. The shuttle bus to/from the hotel gate to the lobby was convenient, but I mostly walked as it didn’t take long. Being walking distance to Disneyland was incredibly convenient,...

"Our stay at the Thompson Shanghai was generally very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. However, considering the relatively high room rate, we were quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. At this price level, we expected breakfast to be part of the stay, so this was the main downside for us."

"Really comfortable hotel."

"Kindly and warmly stuff and great breakfast"

"The Disney shuttle and airport shuttle were quite useful. The breakfast each morning was freshly made and the little restaurant and shop provided some useful items."

"お隣にあるコンサートホールに通うのに最高なロケーションで、気に入って毎年利用しています。廊下を歩いていると話し声が聞こえても、部屋に入ると隣室の音は全く聞こえないくらい静かです。部屋も広いし、清潔なので文句はありません。スタッフも親切です。レストランの食事も美味しいです。"
