"En líneas generales el hotel me pareceió fantástico. El único aspecto que, en mi opinión, debería ser mejorado es el tema de la ducha y la regulación de la temperatura del agua. El Box de la ducha no estaba bien sellado con silicona y generaba una fuga de agua que mojaba el pido del dormitorio. Por otro lado el reguladore de la temperatura del agua no estaba funcionando, porque el agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente, pero fue imposible lograr un termino medio. Por lo demás un excelente hotel. En mi próximo viaje volveré a hospedarme en el Santiago Cenco Costanera. "
