La hizo firmar un contrato en el que se establecían una serie de puntos entre ellos que el departamento incluía el aseo y cambio de sábanas y toallas al cabo de una semana. Nada de esto se cumplió. "NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!"
