"Stayed at the Park Palace Santiago—common areas were dated but comfortable enough. The rooftop pool was the highlight, perfect for unwinding with a great view. Unfortunately, the rooms felt very old and definitely need a serious update. Decent stay overall, but the place is showing its age."

"It was nice clean, and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was weird and water sprayed outside tub. Would rather have just a walk in shower and one that does spray water all over. Only a 1/4 size glass shower wall. "

"The hotel was a little out of the centre but easy to get as it was right on the metro line. Lovely wide tree lined streets & safe area. Staff were very helpful & offered all the information I needed. Breakfast was plentiful & there was a nice pool & Gym. I needed to checkout during the evening to get a flight, as I would miss breakfast the next morning they provided me with a breakfast box. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood of Santiago. The hotel room was pretty clean, and overall in a good condition. The water flow in the shower was not perfect, but still acceptable. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and many fresh fruits. The hotel is located near a metro station, and close to a lot of shops and restaurant. I would definetely come back to this hotel. "
