"This hotel is fabulous. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the pool and the fantastic food and drink from the rooftop bar. It is located very close to key sites and there are great restaurants and bars nearby (our city tour guide pointed the whole tour to the adjacent street). The downtown area of Santiago is suffering a bit in general and we were very cognisant of our safety but didn’t have any issues. Despite this would definitely stay again. "

"Hostel in Santiago I had originally booked this hostel for a week, but changed my mind and only booked for 1 day. Not because I didn't like the place, but because my plans had changed. I had my own room with a shared bathroom and toilet. The room consisted of a double bed, a chest of drawers and a fan to give me some cool air in the heat.
