"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi"

"The Hotel was as excellent as the location…We stayed 5 nights..We loved the room ,the pajamas, and the free amenities…The breakfast was wonderful..I have never had better help..The Imperial Dowager had her birthday here while we stayed here!"

"Quiet hotel , even on the rail track side, good size for Central Tokyo. Nice amenities in the room. You cannot beat the central location next to the Ginza line and nearby imperial palace. Numerous restaurants nearby. It is in a quieter area at night so keep that in mind if you are looking for a party. Restaurant is reasonable for the centre of a major city but there are many alternatives right next door or even higher end a few blocks away. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. I thought...
