"Booked this as a last minute night away. Lovely staff at reception quick check in. Nice easy place to park and safe. Room was lovely and clean. Booked with trivago had breakfast included. Lovely buffet breakfast everything you could want food was excellent and iam fussy with cooked breakfast. So will definitely go here again "

"We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "
