Our delightful hosts, Wendy and Ian, were always available to answer questions or provide information. The property is close to Cardiff and other areas of interest such as St. Fagan's National Museum of History. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this one was among the very best!"

"We spent two nights at this fabulous holiday cottage. Every room was beautifully decorated even down to the radiators. Lovely views across the farm to the Severn bridge in the distance which is lit up at night. Fresh milk and delicious ice cream is available to purchase from the vending machines on the farm. This is by far the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at the only thing missing for us was a socket with a usb port as we forgot our phone charger plug! We will definitely be back to...

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...

"The property (inside and out) was spotlessly clean and very well presented with very tasteful decor. Fixtures and fittings were of good quality and the kitchen, bed and particularly the shower were excellent. A nice touch was the fire which was 'ready to light' with extra wood supplied too. Road parking was adjacent to the house. A local shop and Chinese takeaway were 2 minutes walk away. The stairs are very steep if you struggle with mobility, but a beautiful feature of the house. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Cottage. It is situated at the end of a quiet lane with fantastic views over the Wye Valley. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard with a lovely garden. There are lots of interesting walks that you can start from the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. We would highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Welsh Marches. The property was very clean and modern with great facilities. The view from our cottage was beautiful and such a lovely view to wake up to. Our 2 year old German Shepherd had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable the whole stay which was a worry of mine! My only criticism is the WiFi was quite slow but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The surrounding areas were beautiful and there were so many walks to go on which was so enjoyable....

"Modern interior, well equipped and a superb location. Be aware that the third single bedroom is located away from the other bedrooms which may be unsuitable for younger children. Our four year old wasn't to keen on sleeping there. But she enjoy the rest of the building and surrounding area. We would come again."

"Excellent! Great communication from Richard. Phone call to check we were happy with the entry instructions. Everything was left for us to access the property with our emailed instructions. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and bedding. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend it to others and will come back to stay...

"Easy to reach from Station and easy check in. Apartment very good, clean and spacious with everything needed. Only thing I didn't like was two single beds masquerading as a double. As only one night I managed. Great views and everything I wanted"
