"Im not sure what happened, but we stood 4 days at this hotel and housekeeping NEVER came to clean our room. My husband and I mentioned this in the front and got additional towels from the front desk. But this was not good, we would go out all day and then go back to the hotel room with our son and nothing was cleaned. Based on previous good reviews I was disappointed by this.
