"Deborah was an incredible host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I stayed here for two months during an internship at Mayo Clinic, and the location made my daily commute easy. Being a short drive from the beach was a huge plus as well. The place was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with all the essentials for a multi-month stay (full kitchen / washer & dryer / TV / WiFi) Deborah was more than happy to accommodate me if I needed anything extra. She was consistently kind and attentive, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay in the area!"

"Excellent stay. This condo has everything that you could possibly need. We had friends that were occupying two other units in the same building, and they all agree that ours was the superior unit. They really liked the built-in bunk beds even though we didn't use them. Their units did not have these.There are tons of storage and closet space for whatever you bring. Although we didn't use them there are a lot of beach accessories available for use. There is a sleep machine in the bedroom which we did use and appreciate because we have one at home that we use every night. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary gadgets.The A/C is ice cold, if needed. ...and of course the view is perfect. This second floor corner unit is the closest to the beach as it sticks out from the other units and provides a panoramic view. Most of the other units have a slightly obstructed view to one side due to their neighboring units sticking out a bit further."
