"This property is like staying at a resort. It was nearly perfect for a get away and the only thing that stands in the way is the water pressure is the absolute worst. I don't know if the fact that we were on the 8th floor had anything to do with it, but whatever it was, it's bad."

"We Enjoyed having best of both Golf & Ocean. Walking right onto the beach was amazing! Sunrise was Beautiful! Golf courses , which we played both the lagoon and Ocean course we're awesome and kept so pristine! We celebrated my husbands Special 70th Birthday. We invited family & Friends to the Golf Dinning room Staff went over & above and the food was Delicious!! This is our new "GO TO" Place. Thank You ALL!"

"Deborah was an incredible host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I stayed here for two months during an internship at Mayo Clinic, and the location made my daily commute easy. Being a short drive from the beach was a huge plus as well. The place was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with all the essentials for a multi-month stay (full kitchen / washer & dryer / TV / WiFi) Deborah was more than happy to accommodate me if I needed anything extra. She was consistently kind and attentive, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay in the area!"
Light, Airy Luxury Condo Steps from Private Beach

"This property couldn't have been any better for the location and price.We've stayed in many of these across the country and there are certain things you want: good water pressure in the shower; coffee/tea options for mornings; comfy bed and pillows; basics, such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste/brush (in case you forget yours) and a blow dryer and iron. ALL of these were here, as well as plenty of hangers in the closet, snacks in the kitchen, a full drawer of spices, and dishware (we appreciated the large coffee mugs). Also, trash bags and laundry detergent—we're used to packing these when travelling because so many places don't offer these. This makes packing and travelling so much easier. So thank you, Steve and Julie, for taking such care to every single detail and being so responsive.The directions for after we arrived on site were very clear. How to get to the building/room, the security code instructions, and use of the thermostat were clear. Where beach access is and how to get to it, and directions to the pool. Also, everything was updated and sparkling clean! I only wish we could've stayed longer and spent more time in the area. If we had, we might have enjoyed some of the games and books (you probably should add some additional ones for our guy readers—hubby was looking for Muscle Car Mag lol).Truly a wonderful place to be within a couple of minutes' walk across the street to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. Peaceful and beautiful area!"
