"Our family of five (mom, dad and three adult children) recently stayed at "Serenity Shores" for the 4th of July holiday week. It was perfect for us and all of our needs were met! Amy was a wonderful hostess - she was a good communicator and met us at the property to walk us through all the details we would need for the week. We had only one small issue, which Amy resolved within hours, and she checked on us to make sure we were having a great stay. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches: both types of coffee makers (with supplies), our favorite drinks and snacks (she asked in advance - like I said - thoughtful!), multiple gathering spots indoors and out and plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. We loved the patio spaces and proximity to the beach! Literally just a few steps away. Because this is a residential area, the beach was never crowded, yet we were a short drive to restaurants, stores and activities. We brought food back to the cottage each night so we could enjoy the views and each other. We played games and lounged in the hammocks. The footprint of the house is not big, but Amy has created an adorable and welcoming cottage that our whole family truly loved. Our daughters were obsessed with the vintage aqua microwave. So cute! Thank you, Amy, for treating us like family. :-)"

"Last year we made the decision to schedule a family beach vacation. Since our daughter and her family had recently moved to Tampa, we all agreed to meet in Florida. A close family friend recommended that we consider the Ponte Verda Beach area. Luckily, this home was available and it was perfect for our 6 adult, 3 kids (under 6 yrs) family. Beautiful home, 4400 (sq ft) located right on the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds and loaded with top line amenities. Lots of toys to keep both the adults and kids happy. Also need to mention our host Lina, who was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. She was truly interested in making our stay a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this property to folks wanting to enjoy a great beach vacation. Our family is in total agreement that our clan will be returning to this property in the near future!"

"Great place to stay. We had the beach to ourselves. The house was beautiful, clean and located close to many great restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided if you need them. Open floor plan with amazing views. Beach is just steps outside the door. Book this home! You will not be disappointed! "

"This is our family of 8 plus dogs fifth year staying at sandy feet retreat. Owner is excellent to work with and house meets all my families needs. Parking can be tough but not impossible we have 3 full size trucks and its tight but doable. Very clean and pictures are accurate. My families favorite part of the house is oceanfront deck and of course right on the beach for many hours of fun."

"We loved being so close to sand right outside the door. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plenty of room. Full stocked kitchen. Close to all attractions and restaurants. The only negative I would say was the stairs down to beach were steep. Loved it overall will be back "
