"Tom is an excellent host, very responsive and wanting to make your vacation memorable and stress free. The home is perfectly situated oceanfront in a small condo complex. "This is the perfect hideaway to enjoy Ponte Vedra's beautiful private beach. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything you need and beach umbrellas, towels, tote and chairs are ready to go. Rachel is super responsive and welcoming. This is our second visit and we are already planning our next trip to our favorite spot."

"This property couldn't have been any better for the location and price.We've stayed in many of these across the country and there are certain things you want: good water pressure in the shower; coffee/tea options for mornings; comfy bed and pillows; basics, such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste/brush (in case you forget yours) and a blow dryer and iron. ALL of these were here, as well as plenty of hangers in the closet, snacks in the kitchen, a full drawer of spices, and dishware (we appreciated the large coffee mugs). Also, trash bags and laundry detergent—we're used to packing these when travelling because so many places don't offer these. This makes packing and travelling so much easier. So thank you, Steve and Julie, for taking such care to every single detail and being so responsive.The directions for after we arrived on site were very clear. How to get to the building/room, the security code instructions, and use of the thermostat were clear. Where beach access is and how to get to it, and directions to the pool. Also, everything was updated and sparkling clean! I only wish we could've stayed longer and spent more time in the area. If we had, we might have enjoyed some of the games and books (you probably should add some additional ones for our guy readers—hubby was looking for Muscle Car Mag lol).Truly a wonderful place to be within a couple of minutes' walk across the street to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. Peaceful and beautiful area!"
