"The Front Desk “Ethan” evening shift, was very attentive. Hotel was clean, lounge is quiet and beautiful, bartender at the lounge really graceful and made really nice drinks much better than your typical bar. Love the quietness and privacy. Rooms are fresh, clean, and elegant. I would only gripe about the breakfast, not hot meals or anything. Just muffins and yogurt/oatmeal cups. But that’s about it"

"Quiet and immersed in greenery. You can hear people next door as the walls are think but if you are lucky you will have a more secluded room."

"Terrible. There were roaches crawling everywhere, and smashed roaches on the wall and floors. It does not looked like the rooms were cleaned in a long time or at all. The sink was cracked as well as the shower. Our family arrived late in the evening, so we were all extremely tired. I couldn’t sleep and wanted to make sure I didn’t see any rodents or roaches trying to get into our luggage and bags. The kids got to sleep and as soon as the sun started to rise we left. "The room was very very modern it felt like a new build apartment rather than a hotel the staff was super friendly and helpful the bathroom and the room itself were huge!"

"Filthy room. Beautiful, newer, hotel but room poorly maintained. My feet were black from walking around the room, every time I turned on the bathroom water a very strong stench of sewer came up, toilet had been not cleaned and there were pubes on the seat and poop marks inside the bowl, pillows were horribly old and beat up, plus not enough of them, took hours to figure out how to use the television. Even from maintenance. Bad was hard. You'd think a lovely hotel would be their first investment...

"The hotel is all dark from inside, We stayed one night, we arrived earlier like noon time and they wanted to charge us $50 or 75 for early check in. I never heard of that The room smells, not sure if the carpet itself or something else The staff are ok but not welcoming The breakfast area was tight and not appealing I’ll look for another hotel if I stay there in the future"
