"Everything was perfect other than the fact we mostly went there to enjoy the lazy river while the kids enjoyed the water park. It was Mother’s Day weekend so not having the one thing I was looking forward to kinda sucked. They didn’t really accommodate that experience being gone such as extending times at the water park or even free meal/drinks. I went here last year too and I was just a little bit disappointed this time around. The bedding was not comfortable either nor were the pillows. The Mother’s Day brunch was also super pricey for what was offered. And that’s just me being a little picky. Other than that I guess the experience overall was decent. Not sure I will be returning next year again."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple serious issues that made our stay unacceptable. First, the bed in the room was broken and clearly not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the suite did not match the pictures advertised online, which was very misleading. The pool area was also disgusting, with condoms and clothing left in the water, making it unsafe and unsanitary. In addition, there was no staff available at the front desk when we needed assistance, and communication from the hotel has been terrible. I have called multiple times regarding my refund and no one answers the phone or follows up. I was never provided proper documentation for check-in, check-out, or my refund, which is highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were people smoking marijuana directly outside of our hotel room, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests and families. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and we only stayed for about one hour before deciding we could not remain there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and safety standards."
