Fernando was always available when needed and was also able to provide answers to any questions that we had throughout our stay in a timely manner. For anyone that is looking to spend some time in Fajardo, this is definitely the place for you! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the roof top terrace. Home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to local shops, excursions, and other activities."

"Amazing vacation in an excellent location! Cannot boast enough about this condo. Pictures of the inside do not do it justice. Very spacious, clean, well laid out and safe feeling. In all, it seemed like only about 5-6 other residents were occupying other units. The complex is all walled in with barbs at the top of the walls to prevent intruders. Pool is great. Can walk immediately to multiple restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend. If I had to nit pick, would like to warn that the oven is broken so only has toaster oven and beds and pillows were very hard but neither of those things took away from the magic of the vacation!"
