"La vista al mar, desde casi cualquier lugar del apt es preciosa. Excelente estacionamiento. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. El baño es espacioso. Hay utensilios de cocina qué ni use. Recomiendo no mas de 2 personas en pareja o la privacidad seria poca. Tiene una sola cama queen que yo encontré muy comoda. Cosas malas: la unidad exterior del aire acondicionado está en el balcón, yo apagaba el aire para sentarme en el balcón o miraba a través de los cristales. Pudiera sentirse algo ruidoso con el movimiento de los barcos en la marina, pero para mi eso fue bueno. Esta a una hora de San Juan. Mi balance final por ese precio esta excelente. Disfrútenlo."

"The property was a very spacious and well laid out & well decorated studio condo unit. The view of the marina out of the sliding doors, was also amazing. The included covered parking w/security was also very nice in the high heat! Karina was super responsive and accommodating. Great location by a park, beach, marina and lots of restaurants in Fajardo, too! It is also close to El Yunque and boat trips to Icacos and the ferry in Cieba to Culebra and Vieques. We would highly recommend her condo!"

"This property with its double wrap around balconies was amazing. Each of the 5 bedrooms had access to the outdoor panoramas, as well as their own ensuite bathrooms. I can't say enough about the views of the Caribbean as well as the El Yunque rainforest from this home. The home was open and spacious with many areas to gather inside and outside and enjoy the scenery and constant cool breeze. The first trip up the steep driveway was an adventure - but it was worth it for the incredible views and breeze. There is plenty of parking - our group had 4 cars but room for more. There are gazebos to sit and watch sunrise as well as another on the west side for sunsets - a perfect set up! The pool was a big hit with all ages, and whenever we were not exploring the nearby attractions (rainforest adventures, boat trips to Culebra, kayaking the mangroves, etc) we would be enjoying the pool&slide. During the World Cup we loved gathering in the TV/office room and cheered our hearts out! The landscaping was gorgeous here, and the kitchen was spacious and featured everything we needed. The hosts were easily accessible and went above and beyond with special touches, knowing we were celebrating milestone birthdays that week. They even brought a new NinjaBlender to us when we mentioned we loved making smoothies. They also supplied beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys and swim floats!I highly recommend this amazing home and all of its beauty inside and outside. Thanks for a perfect family reunion!"

"As others have noted, the location of this place is perfect. Hard to imagine a better place to stay when exploring the northeastern tip of Puerto Rico. Its garage is a gift - although it won't accommodate a large vehicle. Our rented Chevy Malibu fit perfectly. Right next door is one of the best breakfast/brunch places I've visited. Reservations are recommended. And there are other great restaurants within easy walking distance down either side of the hill this place is perched on.We had a communication snafu on our arrival - we were supposed to have received directions for entering the unit the day of our arrival but they failed to come. The owner was quick to rectify this, but spotty cell service as we were driving from San Juan to Las Croabas complicated things. It worked out in the end. There had also been a mistake about preparing it for our arrival. It hadn't been cleaned after the last visitor, but again the owner immediately offered to have his cleaner fix the situation. Based on the comments of others I think that was a rare mistake.We had a wonderful time and I certainly would stay here again if I return to this part of Puerto Rico."
