Spacious, lovely rooftop, beach across the street!

"This is an excellent vacation home just across the street from the beach. Well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. We cooked, brought in take out, barbecued on the rooftop, and drove a mile or so to Las Croabas, lined with various restaurants. Walkable but we drove and were lucky enough to always find a parking spot.The owner provides beach towels, easy to carry beach chairs, and a cooler and likely more, but that was suitable for us. The House of Pastelillos is a great lite food/beverage option at the beach, and a short walk from the condo. The water is calm and clear. A very convenient beach outing though it got crowded on the long holiday weekend. The owner provides an excellent list of activities, recommendations, places to shop, and other pertinent information. Most were still spot on, but if you are picky or food snob, you may want to google places. For example, we found a better assortment of meats at Econo, near Walmart although the nearby Pueblo was very convenient for staples.We had a wonderful stay. If we return to Fajardo we would definitely look to stay here again!"

Hill House in a Great Location - Las Croabas.

Weekend Getaway

"We had an amazing time in Las Croabas. The house was everything we imagined. We had everything we needed and more. We walked to seven seas beach with a 20 min walk or 5 min uber ride. Las Vistas Cafe (next door) was the perfect fresh breakfast to start the day. It also served as the perfect Uber stop when we visited the city and the rainforest. "

Fajardo Townhouse w/ Private Pool & Ocean View

Comfortable stay, as advetised.

"Two adult couples and a 2 year old. The location cannot be beat. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to make a few meals at home. The rest of the time we were able to walk to a few restaurants down the street. The awnings in the yard kept the sun away and cool enough to open up the windows and doors and just have the ceiling fans on for parts of the day. The rest of the time, the a/c cooled down each room very quickly. Views from the rooftop are probably a little undersold from the pictures. Having laundry was excellent. The house pool was a hit with our 2 year old as it was noticeably warmer than the complex pool, especially after a morning rain shower. Check in was super easy and communication was quick and responisve. Plenty of outdoor seating, as well as some beach chairs/beach toys/cooler that I didnt see advertised. Can't really ask for much more from a rental house."

"Fernando was a great communicator and absolutely everything worked in the unit, which is not always the case. Key code, key fob, internet, AC units, ice maker, remote controls, fans, washers and dryers. It all worked! "
