"We had a wonderful stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location is beautiful and perfect for travelers looking for a more private and peaceful atmosphere. At night, hearing the sounds of nature and the coquí frogs singing made it feel extra special. "The house and pool were great! It is in a very quiet, secure gated community, near grocery stores and restaurants by car. Not walkable to Luquillo Beach area. The salt water pool was wonderful at the end of each day. Great outdoor area.There are plenty of beach towels provided, but only two working beach chairs, which was disappointing, as we had 7 in our group. Kitchen is well stocked if you're cooking at home. Trash bags and paper towels provided but we had to buy coffee filters, washing detergent, shampoo and other basics that are normally provided or left behind by other guests.Renters should know is there is no dishwasher. I didn't notice when reading the property description that a dish washer was not mentioned under "amenities." My fault for not noticing, but I think it should be stated in the description. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were good. It's clean and open. There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room and the master has a sectional sofa for extra sleeping.We had a stray kitty visit us throughout the week. We bought cat food and fed her outside. She was skittish and won't let you touch her, but she's hungry! I hope others will continue to feed her.Overall, really nice week there!"

"This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again."

"We spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it! We wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s so relaxing, in the rainforest right next to a river. You can hear the frogs at night. The driveway is literally just before an entrance to El Yunque forest, which made it very easy to access. While the price may seem a bit expensive I’d say it is well worth it. There is a hot tub, hammocks, bbq grill, full kitchen, several areas to relax, several tvs, etc. very modern and comfortable. The host was very helpful and polite. The only thing we wished that the showers and hot tub could get a little warmer, but compared to other places we stayed in Puerto Rico it is the same and we were able to handle it. If I am ever coming back to El Yunque I will definitely try to stay here again!"

"This property is in a good location but it is very dated. The owner has not kept up the repairs of the property. There were 6 of us for 10 days and 8 for 3 put of 10 days. We had 8 bath towels and 8 beach towels for the entire time. the washer and dryer were small so you have to do multiple loads for the towels and it took more than 3 hours to dry each time. There was a bidet in the bathroom and it was probably used more than 10 years ago because it has been broken for a long time. The property was listed for three and half bathrooms, except one was outside and it was not clear when it was last cleaned or used because there were frogs and bugs in the toilet and shower. The kitchen was not in the greatest shape either, not very clean. We had two rolls toilet paper, three 15gal garbage bags, four dish washer detergent, no laundry detergent. I understand that we need to bring stuff but not dish detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have stayed at many places for the past years and every place i gave a 10 not a 7 like I think this place deserve.Good location but the owner need to put some money in to improve the place and not so cheap with toilet paper and detergent."

"This property is a 10/10! It comes equip with an outside kitchen and it has all the things you need to cook and grill. There is a washer and dryer located on property as well. The rooms are decent sizes with a bathroom for each bedroom. Overall a very great stay!"

"Loved staying here! It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought because Luquillo beach was so beautiful and there are so many things to do in PR. We had a great time exploring the eastern portion of the island. "
