"VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

"Great place to stay and right next to the subway. Very easy to get around from here. Room had kitchenette and jacuzzi! Parking was easy and inexpensive. Great value and the staff was flexible and helpful "

"Quaint hotel with a 1920's vibe. It was very quiet and clean, and Sami, the manager, went out of his way to help me. Parking is available for an extra $40. The only drawback would be for those for whom stairs pose problems. Excellent location."

"Room smelled bad, the garbage was full and not changed. The bed was filled with long hair, signs that it was not cleaned. The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying. "
