"We chose to stay in a non-hotel area and the Loft Jacques-Cartier apartment was perfect. Very much a neighborhood! Nice place. Super clean. Modern touches inside a historic building. Super comfortable. Parc La Fontaine is 1 block away. Rue Mont Royal just few streets away. Supermarket and convenience store around the corner. Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again! "

"We loved our stay at L’apartment in Montreal. We had a 1 bedroom suite. It came with full kitchen. The rooms were very neat. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that we could park safely. The breakfast spread was nice too."

"The room was very nice. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helped carry our bags. Good location. Just didn't like having to walk on the road to bypass people sleeping in the street, and the distance/location to the car parking."

"Property is self-check-in with several rooms and bathrooms. Room and washroom was clean. Do carry your own toliteries. On a busy street and restraunt below. Accessible via bus, walking distance to metro station."

"Room smelled bad, the garbage was full and not changed. The bed was filled with long hair, signs that it was not cleaned. The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying. "
