"The Indigo Hotel has been recently renovated, rooms are new and updated. The beds are confortable. The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Asheville allowing you to be in downtown , but still in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly. Hope Christiansen from the front desk went out of her way to help me with a package. This is my second stay at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Asheville and I intend to return on my next trip to Asheville."

"The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor, so had to drag 2 large suitcases up the steps which wasn't ideal. We had heard that it had been out for awhile so that was a little concerning. The pool was also closed while we were there for an issue of some sort. Along with the hot tub. The condo itself was very nice, lots of space and all the amenities of home. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. It just needed another mirror in the bedroom so more than one person can get ready at a time. Definitely would go back there."

"The hotel was extremely and smelled fresh when you walked in. The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was very clean. I take my own wipes, Lysol and toilet covers. When my husband and started wiping things down there was no dust or debris on the wipes. The sheets was also ultra white and clean."
