I was going to an art exhibit at the Biltmore and needed a hotel close by. This hotel was right off an I40 exit and across from an outlet mall with various eating options. The check in went smoothly and I was asked about my choice of floors for my room. The staff at both check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
