The front desk staff we interacted with on several occasions, did not offer a gracious welcome or for that matter any smiles. I was asked at check-in if I booked room thru Expedia - not sure what that had to do with anything - but I wondered if that had anything to do with the location of our room and their attitudes? "Very nice hotel.. very close to a field that we were in town for a tournament for. My only complaint is that the staff did not see to like all the kids staying there. Just not super kid friendly."

If you want a full service restaurant this is not the place to go. The bartender had kitchen equipment and a cold holding food unit at the bar to make the bar food.
