The unit was very spacious and clean. Definitely beats being in a small hotel room. The balcony was a plus and the property is very close to the center of town and the Biltmore. Everything was in great shape. The value was much better than being in a hotel. Would stay here again.

My family has been staying here for over 10 years, but unfortunately the last few years have been dissapointing. The pool has been "being cleaned" the last 3 times weve stayed and you cant really cook anything because there is never anything stocked in the kitchen to cook with. if you dont mind this the space is great for the price.

My second time staying here and I like it for: studio suite has a balcony that is safe and secure to keep open at night, big bathroom, full kitchen. The cons for this stay: tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom, hot tub/pool and elevator not working due to hurricane Helena, and that information is no where written on websites, very low pressure shower.

We were here for a week. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. It was a quiet stay up until our last night. Had it not been for the tenants staying above us, our stay would have been quiet the entire stay. The final night was extremely noisy and disruptive from 9pm til midnight and again first thing the next morning.
