"The hotel seemed to be distressed and there were things I didn't expect. I stayed in the hotel for seven days and my room was cleaned three days. I ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast twice hoping each time the eggs would be scrambled rather than a flat pancake of egg browned on both sides. The continental breakfast was miniscule. Moreover, I did not expect to shower with sea water."

"Comida excelente, todos los miembros del staff muy atentos. Sobretodo los de área de restaurante. Claudia y Guadalupe siempre con una sonrisa recibiendo a todos los huéspedes desde la hora de desayuno hasta la cena. Los de la alberca bastante relajados, igual muy lindos y las actividades bastante divertidas. Mi esposo y yo nos vamos con muy buena impresión y esperamos regresar pronto. "
