The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, the room was very clean and comfortable. You can cross the street and be at the beach in less than a minute, there’s an Oxxo( chain convenience store) a few feet away and a Chedraui. Easy getting in n out to any part of Acapulco.

It’s clear the hotel is still under renovation, that’s understandable. The staff were always very nice and helpful but it was almost impossible to sleep due to street noise. It feels like you are on the street and an extremely busy one, also at night, I know there’s nothing the hotel can do about the street, but better glass on the huge balcony would make a difference, or maybe complimentary ear plugs.

My family and I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and there was an escort to our room which was helpful. The condition of the room itself could have been better - the bathroom walls had water stains, the showerhead had soap scum, and despite closing the balcony doors, there was little sound insulation so the noise from the street stole a good night's rest. The silver lining was that the view from the balcony was amazing, but I would not recommend this spot for a prolonged stay.

What I liked most was close to the beach and a really nice kitchen. Not many by the beach have a fridge and microwave and this was my favorite in Acapulco so far. Only a lap pool but I go there to be in the ocean and. close to the beach.

The hotel itself is “ok” the room had a weird odor but the deal breaker for me was the noise. It was like there was a motorcycle track right outside my room and I was on the 9th floor. It was all night basically and couldn’t sleep for nothing. I know that’s not on the hotel but I will never stay there again even if was for free Positives- beach is right across the street. There is a grocery store 80 meters from the hotel and a oxxo (7eleven). Nice view from room balcony.

It was very hard to sleep with all the noise coming from the street. The buses beep all day all the time is extremely annoying. I had a bad experience checking out of the hotel. I went downstairs to return the room’s key and had to wait for the security guard to go to the room and check that everything was ok. My baby was in arms sleeping and we were waiting for the man to come downstairs when a couple came to also check out. They did not make them wait or had their room be checked because the guard was busy checking our room. I was extremely mad bc like I said we had a baby sleeping in our arms. They only good thing I can say about the hotel is the food at restaurant is good and the cleaning staff is very good. If you want to relax and sleep this hotel is not for you

Soy huesped frecuente en el mes de agosto estube en 3 ocaciones por mas de 8 dias entre las 3 ocaciones la primera vez la chapa de mi cuarto fallo fueron 2 a 3 veces a revisarla y la ultima vez que fueron estube casi 1 hora y media esperando a que la abrieran , pero la 2da vez que baje sali regañado por la persona encargada de wl mostrador muy molesto me dijo que la tarjeta nomla colocara cerca de cwlulares o junto con otra tarjeta segun el me la coifico dw nuevo pero el problema continuo y fue cuando estubimos mas dw una hora con el caloron esperando abque me abrirran nos cambiato a otra abitacion y un disculpe, la segunda vez se encontto el refrigerador sucio y ahi si nos ofrrcieron cambiar el refrigerador cosa que dijimos que no por que solo estbamos por una noche y la tercera vez estubimosb3 dias desse el dia uno que llegamos reportaos que el wc no paraba de tirar agua fueron 5 veces y nunca quedo ahi lonsienyo por el desperdiciobdw agua y por que como no se llenaba el tanque de el wc le teniamos que echar agua con un botecito e igual lo rrportr l salir y solo me dijeron lo vamos a revisar
