"We stayed for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. You’ll find everything you need, including games and books — though they are in English, of course. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable.The only reason we can't give a full five-star rating is that the accommodation could be significantly improved by adding balcony access from the kitchen/living room level, as seen in the neighboring houses. Currently, the very lovely balcony is located on the lowest level, off one of the bedrooms, which makes it rather inconvenient to carry drinks or breakfast down from the first floor. Because of that, we unfortunately never had breakfast outside, despite the great weather.With three floors in total, it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs. A few restaurants and a bar are within walking distance. We would definitely book again."

"We spent a lovely week in the apartment in Pevensey Bay. It was very comfortable and provided a great base for the tennis at Eastbourne and other local sites. The kitchen was well equipped and we did eat in a couple of times. Secure under cover parking was useful."

"The only thing we could find misleading was the picture of the apartments when we booked it gave the impression it had a balcony but it didn’t so was a bit disappointing but I would stay again , the agent Alan was excellent in making us feel welcome "
