"We use to stay before Covid at the ONE FARRER on several occasions, for up to more than 3 Weeks. This time we booked 12 Nights at the Loft. Check-in and check-out was speedy and good, as always.The replacement of the Restaurant and Bar next to the Lobby was a small disapointment to us. The Loft was always well cleaned by Arul. However the Quality of the Towels and Bathrobes leaves much to be disired. Haevily used and frayed. Definitely not 5* standard, not even 4* Now to the Highlight of the...

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

"The hotel is beautiful. It's also conveniently located near MBS. I lived that it was connected to a mall and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, without leaving the vicinity of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and have amazing views. I stayed in a room that faces the MBS and it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I come back to Singapore. "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"This is a wonderful place. Room and property decor are themed and well-done. Staff was super helpful with information and arrangements. Room was spacious and comfortable. We really like the generous size bath and bedroom. Everything is perfect condition. Had a GREAT massage while here."

"Everything was perfect. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Their facilities were great and they have various activities that kept us company during the trip, we truly enjoy the sunset and sunrise yoga session with ChaCha. We had awesome time celebrating my birthday here and definitely will be back in the future :) "

"Comfortable, clean hotel within walking distance to public transport, local attractions and food options. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Singapore. Outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but inside is great - we appreciated the larger room and generous sized bathroom. We were also very thankful that the hotel staff let us check in early after a very long night travelling - this was amazing. "
