"There were lots of small flying insects in the bathroom. When asked the staff to clean them up, they sprayed insecticide for a couple of minutes, leaving a strong chemical smell throughout the entire room for the whole night. We requested to move to another room, but our request was rejected. We had booked a two nights stay but ended up staying only one night because of this."
