"This was our second stay on a week. Check-in was great like last time and we really appreciated our early checkin was accommodated, but a couple of the towels in our room were dirty / stained with something. Otherwise things were OK."

"The hotel is beautiful. It's also conveniently located near MBS. I lived that it was connected to a mall and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, without leaving the vicinity of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and have amazing views. I stayed in a room that faces the MBS and it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when I come back to Singapore. "

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"Convenient near Changi airport and train stop, great shopping and food selection next door! Itinerary says to contact hotel for late check in after 12:00 midnight. Called multiple times prior to arrival including contacting Hotels.com for assistance to contact hotel with no success. Upon landing in Changi, called hotel and informed me check in is 24/7. Also itinerary says must have Covid card. Both are no longer required and should be removed from hotel instructions! Otherwise, good customer...
