"This property is one of the best locations in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is beautiful. Combine these things with an amazing resort staff and you really have something special. "
"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"Definitely over priced. The location is very good, right in the middle of the city but in a quieter area. In spite of what other travellers are saying I did not find the property loud. If it would be cheaper I would give it full marks, but sincerely it is not on the level of a boutique hotel. "

"Great value for money in a fantastic location right in the middle of all the restaurants and fun places in Cabo. There’s no direct access to a beach but most public beaches are a walking distance away. The property had all the basic amenities and despite some plumbing issues which were resolved immediately once they were surfaced to hotel staff, we had a great stay here. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Grande. The pools were amazing, great food offerings and close to the marina. We felt safe and the property was clean and well managed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We hope to clme back again next time."

"The Hotel Riu Palace Baja California was excellent in every respect. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and attentive. The facilities were immaculate and I was particularly impressed with the pools and restaurant options.
The infinity pool overlooking the beach and majestic rock formations with spirited professional entertainment and delicious food options at the buffet and formal dining made my trip. I highly recommend this resort and please be generous with gratuities because this staff deserve it.
As a hospitality manager I know the work, planning and training that goes into an operation like this and Riu Palace is outstanding in their customer service to their guests. The resort is located just a 15-minute trip to the marina for boat trips and other excursions.
I went mid-week in late July which meant the resort was lively but not oppressively so with the pools be shared by only a few early risers for quiet relaxation time. The party starts in the afternoon with the swim up bar and a delicious pool side snack bar.
The guest are a diverse mix of young adults and older people and the evening is reserved for elegant dining and entertainment on their outdoor stage.
I would definitely return to the RIU Palace Baja California, and I highly recommend it. "
